Roof panel is a cellular polycarbone module with changeable form of the wing, which was developed specially for creation of translucent zones in roof covers made of shaped metal and sandwich panels.
The module is a cellular five-layer panel with Х-structure and with thickness of 30mm. The module features raised rigidity and high heat insulation properties. 100mm wide wing which has the same form as metal section ensures reliable joint of translucent element across the whole length of a slope with any kinds of shaped metal sheets and sandwich panels on their basis. The system provides quick and reliable fastening of panels, makes the fastening leak-tight and corresponding to difference of thermal dilatation of materials, irrespective of length (within the range of 12m) and slope of roof.
